This program is very simple, please do not expect too much from it!
There are two programs, in fact: command-line and win32 GUI
command-line win32 console:
Usage: showwindow [-l{substr}] HWND CmdShow
win32 GUI:
Execute showwindowgui.exe, see tooltips when mouse pointer is over items.
